There are two versions of easyHDR that can be downloaded from here - easyHDR PRO (if not registered a watermark
appears on output images) and easyHDR BASIC (freeware, but with limited features, not developped any more).
easyHDR PRO
An unregistered copy of easyHDR PRO is a trial version of the full product. It is fully functional,
however a watermark is added to the output images. If you want easyHDR PRO to
produce results without the watermark please register your copy
by purchasing a single-user license - you will receive the s/n and the key that will
remove the watermark.
Language versions:
easyHDR BASIC (freeware)
EasyHDR BASIC is much less featured than easyHDR PRO. There are implemented only the
simplest and most basic HDR genearation and tone mapping functions. However this version
is free.
Will there be a version for Mac or Linux? Unfortunately no. I can compile my code only for Windows.
However you can try to run the program with an emulator (for Mac: see a list of emulators,
for Linux: WINE emulator). The program has been successfully tested running on WINE in OpenSUSE 11 -
see a screenshot.
How do I update to the new version? Just install the new version over the previous one. Uninstallation
of the previous version is not needed.
I have purchased a license for one of the previous versions. Do I have to buy another one for any
new release? No, once purchased license is valid for all releases of easyHDR PRO 1.xx.
